Perform Website Testing to check Compatibility across Browsers

If you have designed a website on your own or if you have paid someone to create and build a website for you then it’s always better to do website testing to check for browser compatibility. When a website is designed it’s usually designed considering the latest stable version of standard browsers like Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome.
It’s always better to check your website compatibility on different browsers and also different versions of browsers. Website testing can be done in multiple ways. But installing different browsers and all it’s versions on different operating system in your machine just to test your website is a time consuming task. There is a workaround for this, you can check your website compatibility online using BrowserShots.
BrowserShots is an online service that captures full page screenshot images of your website homepage automatically in various browsers, versions and OS platforms. You can even preview your website design in browsers with an option to select Screen Size, Color depth, Javascript, Java and Flash. You even have an option to select the version of Javascript and Flash. This is very helpful for website owners and web designers. By looking at this, web designers can modify their code to make it viewable or any other modification needed. The best thing about BrowerShots is that it’s completely free including the source code.

All that you need to do is go to the above link and enter your website URL and click enter. After a while BrowserShots will start showing screenshots as shown below. It might take some time to load depending on where you are in the queue. I tried this and it was quick (time-out is 30 mins), just refresh your page and it will start showing screenshots. You are free to download these screenshots and old screenshots will be deleted when they are not accessed for a while.
This is how my website looks like when tested on different browsers and versions:
